2009 Monterey Beer Festival
"A Tribute to Beer"
On Saturday, June 6th, 2009, from 12:30 to 5pm, come to the Monterey Fairgrounds for the greatest assortment of Beer ever assembled on the Central Coast. Sample varied styles of Ales, Lagers & Ciders from over seventy(70) breweries with hundreds of beers to taste. On hand will be the best of beer from around the world, including America, Belgium, Germany, England, France, Australia, Thailand, Italy, Asia, Ireland, Jamaica & California.

If you purchased on-line tickets by Friday May 29th those tickets will be mailed to you.
If you purchase your tickets on-line after May 29th, you can pick up those tickets at the Monterey Fairgrounds Gate 5

*Pre sale tickets can now be purchase at ticket locations around the Monterey area for $30 presale. Local Ticket Locations will stop selling Tickets on Friday, June 5th at 5pm. Get your tickets early. Try to bring exact change to the ticket locations. Local checks will be accepted with valid I.D.

*The 2009 MBF will have multiple entry gates at the Fairgrounds this year. There will be much less wait time to enter - if you have a ticket, enter Gates 3 or 5. If you need to purchase a ticket or pick up On-Line tickets, go to gate 5.

And our local food vendors; USA Brats, Thaiwaiian Noodles, Culinary Center of Monterey, Chongs Korean BBQ, Grandma's BBQ, In Good Taste(Cajun Food), Paprika Café, 3POP Kettle Korn, Sea Harvest, The Snack Shack, so the food choices will be a perfect match with the wonderful assortment of beer.
FESTIVAL LOCATION
The Monterey Beer Festival is located at the Monterey Fairgrounds, home to such greats as the Monterey Jazz Festival, Monterey Blues Festival, Monterey County Fair and others. Directions can be found at http://www.montereycountyfair.com/mcf_directions.php
Only people certifiably over the age of 21 will be admitted - no exceptions. However, if you have a small child, under age 12, who you'd like to bring along, feel free, there's no charge. No animals or pets allowed. Plenty of parking available.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Culinary Center of Monterey. This will be a 501C3 event.
